Meet Zakat and Sadaqat Institute

This Institute is established as a social enterprise and a business venture created to generate social value while operating with the financial discipline, innovation, and determination of a private-sector business.

It focuses on investment and resource management, training, and research; adding new value chains for the implementation of Zakat and Sadaqat for socioeconomic development.

While complying with the words of Allah in the Quran

“Take alms (Sadaqat) from their wealth in order to purify them and sanctify them with it , and invoke God for them. Verily your invocations are a source of security for them; and God is All Hearing, All Knowing “ (Quran 9 verse 103)
“Zakat expenditures are only for the poor and the needy, and for those employed to collect (Zakat) and for bringing hearts together (for Islam) and for freeing the captives(or slaves) and for those in debt and for the cause of God and for the (stranded) traveler- an obligation (imposed) by God. And God is Knowing and Wise.” (Quran 9verse 60).

GLOBAL INSTITUTE

We aspire to be a global Institute with the aim to revitalize Zakat and Sadaqat and reengineer its socioeconomic realities for advances in resource management and equitable sharing for a dignified living for Muslims and all citizens.

HUMANITARIAN MANAGEMENT

We are a firm with humanitarian management systems that equalizes the gaps between the have and the have not; narrowing the gaps to improve happiness in the nations we exist.

FIGHT AGAINST POVERTY AND HUNGER

Zakat is the third pillar in Islam and Sadaqqah is a pillar principle against poverty and hunger in the land. These are ordained by Allah SWT for the Muslims and to people of religion before Islam.

FULFILLING RELIGIOUS OBLIGATION

This Institute seeks to revive the culture and provide a credible and responsive platform for Muslims and non-Muslims willing and desirous to fulfill this religious obligation.
